Chateau Coralini Policies

• You are at least 18 years old and have provided a valid state or government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license. You may be required to present a valid credit, debit, or bank card that matches the name on the confirmed reservation and the ID provided.

• You are a registered guest in the room and have listed all other visitors and guests with the front desk. You are responsible for your guests and visitors. No Visitors are allowed after 9:00 PM.

• You fully understand that this property is smoke-free and recognize that state or local law may prohibit smoking in any guest room or common area.

• Any items left behind will be disposed of if not claimed within 10 days of departure.

• Guests are liable for any loss of personal belongings, injury or damages if you fail to fully Depart of the time agreed to, we may enter the room, take possession of the room, re-key the room door, and make the room available to a new guest.

• Vehicle owners/drivers acknowledge that management assumes no liability for theft, vandalism, or damages to the vehicle parked on-premise.

• You agree to isolate All Guests within the room should anyone in your room present symptoms of a communicable virus. You accept the inherent risk of exposure to communicable and contagious diseases such as COVID-19 by staying on property and acknowledge that other guests, employees, and third parties may carry and spread the virus whether symptomatic or not. By renting a room you voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by such virus or disease and you release Chateau Coralini from all liability for any injury, illness, disability, damage, loss, or claim related to or arising out of the virus.

•  A minimum of $250 or more will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room, excessive disturbance, unauthorized pets, or people in the room. And failure to compile with the above items and our guest policies may result in eviction without any right to a refund.

Pet Policy

Chateau Coralini does not allow pets except for service dogs. If bringing a service animal, please inform us in advance. If the pets are left in the room or vehicle unattended, an Animal Control officer may be called.
